Laminated Fiberglass
As a composite material, FR-4 Fiberglass Laminate has a composition of epoxy resin reinforced with woven fiberglass cloth. It is a flame retardant, electrically insulating material with self-extinguishing properties; therefore, it has prevailed other composites such as FR-2, and G-10 Garolite.
